Al Sawari International Investment Company Holds Its Fourth Meeting with Sub-Contractors to Discuss Operations and Safety Procedures

Muscat, Oman – August 20, 2024: Al Sawari International Investment Company S.A.O.C. held its fourth meeting with sub-contractors at the Rosana Hotel in Al Khuwair, presided over by Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Al Shahri, the company’s CEO. The meeting aimed to enhance cooperation with partners and improve performance efficiency.

 

Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Al Shahri opened the session with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of the meeting in reviewing and updating the current procedures and policies. The meeting focused on several key areas, including:

 

  1. Logistics Contracts: The discussion covered the details of tanker contracts and explored ways to execute projects more effectively. Proposals for improving contract terms in line with the upcoming phase’s requirements were also reviewed.
  2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Procedures: Current HSE policies and procedures were reviewed, with an emphasis on strengthening preventive measures to ensure worker safety, reduce environmental risks, and comply with safety standards in the oil and gas sector.
  3. Risks and Incidents: Previous incidents were reviewed and analyzed to identify their root causes and the required control measures, the attendees shared their insights  and ideas to minimize risks and  future incidents.

 

At the close of the meeting, Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Al Shahri expressed his appreciation for the ongoing cooperation with all sub-contractors, commending the efforts made to achieve common goals and enhance performance levels in joint projects.
